The Fiduciary Expert works independently and supports in the financial affairs relating to client companies in Switzerland. The Fiduciary Expert ensures, in close cooperation with qualified legal and tax advisors and in line with legislation and corporate policies, the timely and optimal financial administration of the client companies in line with local legislation and clients expectations. Fachausweis / Fiduciary expert (80-100%) - Treuhandexperte /expertin (80-100%) Zug, Switzerland Monday to Friday (80-100%) Hybrid after probation Senior Client Accountant / Fiduciary expert (80-100%)Job description: Acting as an interface to the accounting team as a subject matter expert in accounting/tax and payroll administration; Independently manage financial administration for client companies in Switzerland; Prepare & review financial statements, handle taxes, VAT, and payroll for clients; Managing the closing process and creating financial reports in line with Swiss Code of Obligations (SCO); Prepare & review of reporting packages and cash flow statements according to Swiss CO (IFRS & US GAAP); Provide guidance/review on transition calculations from US GAAP/IFRS to SCO; Collaborate closely with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate policies; Support the team-heads and related team members in complex issues and projects beyond fiduciary services, such as cross-departmental initiatives; Prepare/review of consolidated financial statements and handling intercompany transactions / reconciliations; Awareness of developments taking place within client structures and to identify possible commercial opportunities; Participate in incorporation-, restructuring-, and liquidation projects; Possibility to take on the role of administrative board member / managing officer for Swiss client mandates. Required profile: Swiss federal Diploma Accounting/Fiduciary or Fiduciary Expert); Proven 5-8 years of experience in Switzerland and knowledge of all aspects of the financial statements and closing process; Strong knowledge of SCO; Knowledge in IFRS & US GAAP.
