The Customer Engagement Specialist – Oncology (m/f/d) will be responsible for the Central Switzerland territories and reports into the National Sales Manager within the Oncology Business Unit. Responsibilities: Sales Performance and Targets: Achieve agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within the assigned sales territory. Customer Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with targeted customers. Understand the unique needs and challenges of customers in various healthcare settings. Provide competent, professional, and timely product support. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop co-created solutions that improve patient outcomes including but not exclusively through educational events on scientific advances, patient journey related initiatives, patient access and support programs.
