Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and deliverables, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Ensure all project documentation and deliverables meet regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements. Coordinate with procurement and logistics on material and parts planning to support on-time project execution. Guarantee accurate project close-out, including invoicing, data reporting, and documentation archiving. Contribute to internal CAMO and Part-145 tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency, process quality, and data management. Promote transparent communication and collaboration across all departments involved in project delivery. Your qualifications At least 8 years experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or aviation project management, ideally within a Part-145 or CAMO environment. Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-department projects. Strong understanding of EASA regulations and maintenance planning processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and project management levels. High personal integrity, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with government and institutional clients. Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS SharePoint, with strong data management and documentation control capabilities. Experience with maintenance/project management software (e.g., LTB, Veryon or equivalent). Structured, proactive, and analytical; able to manage several projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel 4–6 days per month or as required. What we offer Play a central, high-impact role within a trusted aviation organization serving government and special-mission operations worldwide.
