Das kannst du bewirken Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Unterstützung bei Produktionsausbauprojekten Konzeption und Umsetzung von Automatisierungsstrategien sowie technischen Standards für Produktionsanlagen Entwicklung und Integration von Systemen zur Anlagenüberwachung und -diagnose mit Fokus auf OT/IT-Schnittstellen Aktive Mitgestaltung der digitalen Infrastruktur zur Produktionssteuerung und –optimierung Fördere ein sicheres Arbeitsumfeld durch die Anwendung der 6S-Prinzipien und die Unterstützung der ABRA-Sicherheitsprotokolle. Anwendung methodenbasierter kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse (z. B. Practical Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma) Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Maintenance Instructions im CMMS Dokumentation, Schulung und nachhaltige Implementierung von Änderungen im Instandhaltungsprozess Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium (FH/ETH) in Maschinenbau, Systemtechnik, Automatisierung oder Elektrotechnik Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Instandhaltung und Automatisierung in der High-Tech-Branche Erfahrung in der Anlagenbetreuung und -optimierung, idealerweise in der Halbleiter- oder Elektronikfertigung Fundierte Kenntnisse in der OT/IT-Integration (z. B.
