If you're ready to contribute to meaningful projects and grow within a supportive and forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.How you’ll make an impactEnsure equipment reliabilityby engaging in proactive maintenance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (CIP)Promote a safe work environmentby applying 6S principles and supporting ABRA safety protocolsCollaborate across teamsto support modernization, expansion, and smooth operation of production linesSupport documentation effortsby contributing to daily task records and developing troubleshooting resourcesContribute to system upkeepby helping maintain production planning software (SiView) and updating equipment databases and logsParticipate in auditsand help address safety-related action items and improvementsFoster knowledge sharingby offering training and ongoing learning opportunities to team membersSupport technical operationsby assisting with system maintenance and ensuring production aligns with current best practicesYour backgroundTechnical apprenticeship with subsequent specific extension courses, or degree in electronics, mechanics, or physics, or equivalent educationAt least 5 years of experience in maintaining semiconductor production systems (preventive measures, troubleshooting, repairs, documentation), especially with production equipment used in photolithographyKnow-how in tools for resist coating / developing (Screen 80B/80EX) and exposing (Ultratech 1500 / Canon i3000W/3030i5a Steppers)Good command of German and English mandatory, any other language advantageousWillingness to work in shiftsTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsMore About UsHitachi Energy offers you interesting tasks in a highly motivated team and an open communication style.
