For one of our clients Geneva, we are recruiting a MS 365 Architect & Administrator who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you Responsibilities: In this role you design a MS 365 solution (plan, architect and structure). You deploy, administer and optimize MS 365 core services. You also implement security best practices, manage identify and access policies and ensure compliance. You are in charge of user and licence management and in addition you monitor and resolve issues, you lead and assist in migration and you develop automation scripts. Profile : Bachelor in computer science Minimum 5 years experience managing Microsoft 365 and on-prem AD Experience in international environnement, a plus Excellent knowledge in MS 365 MS 365 Certified Administrator Expert Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune Very good knowledge with PowerShell scripting for automation Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, and Purview for security and compliance Good knowledge with hybrid deployments (on-prem AD + Azure AD) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Good knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem AD ITIL frameworks and service management processes English fluent and French or German would be a plus
