Job brief We are seeking a Salesforce OmniStudio / OmniScript Developer with strong banking/financial services experience to build and optimize a production-grade Mortgage Calculator and related customer journeys. You will design performant OmniStudio assets, integrate with core banking systems, and collaborate in an agile team to deliver secure, scalable, and well-tested solutions. Location: Zurich, Switzerland on-site Monday to Friday Start: ASAP | Duration: 12 months (extension likely) Engagement: Contract (B2B or equivalent) Travel & expenses: Covered Language: English required; German nice to have Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors (Extract/Load/Transform), and FlexCards for mortgage journeys Integrate with core banking systems/APIs (REST/SOAP), implement calculations, decisioning, and data validation rules Ensure performance, resilience, and error/exception handling across guided flows Write and maintain unit tests, contribute to test automation, and produce clear technical documentation Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA in an agile delivery model Contribute to Git-based CI/CD workflows (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and environment management Apply security, compliance, and best-practice standards for data handling in financial services Requirements 3-5+ years on the Salesforce platform, including 2-3+ years with OmniStudio (Vlocity) focused on OmniScripts and Integration Procedures Hands-on expertise with DataRaptors and FlexCards; working understanding of the Vlocity/Industries data model Strong API integration skills (REST/SOAP, OAuth), proficient with JSON/XML and robust error handling patterns Practical Apex/LWC exposure for extension points and custom logic where needed Experience with Git-based CI/CD toolchains (Copado/Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar) Banking/financial services backgroundideally mortgages (affordability, rates/fees, regulatory considerations) Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Nice to have Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Performance tuning for high-traffic guided flows Experience with test automation and monitoring/telemetry
