OverviewSalesforce OmniStudio / OmniScript Developer (Banking) – KomforceLocation: Zurich, Switzerland on-site Monday to FridayStart: ASAP | Duration: 12 months (extension likely)Engagement: Contract (B2B or equivalent)Travel & expenses: CoveredLanguage: English required; German nice to haveResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and optimize OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors (Extract/Load/Transform), and FlexCards for mortgage journeysIntegrate with core banking systems/APIs (REST/SOAP), implement calculations, decisioning, and data validation rulesEnsure performance, resilience, and error/exception handling across guided flowsWrite and maintain unit tests, contribute to test automation, and produce clear technical documentationCollaborate with product owners, architects, and QA in an agile delivery modelContribute to Git-based CI/CD workflows (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and environment managementApply security, compliance, and best-practice standards for data handling in financial servicesRequirements3-5+ years on the Salesforce platform, including 2-3+ years with OmniStudio (Vlocity) focused on OmniScripts and Integration ProceduresHands-on expertise with DataRaptors and FlexCards; working understanding of the Vlocity/Industries data modelStrong API integration skills (REST/SOAP, OAuth), proficient with JSON/XML and robust error handling patternsPractical Apex/LWC exposure for extension points and custom logic where neededExperience with Git-based CI/CD toolchains (Copado/Jenkins/GitHub Actions or similar)Banking/financial services background, ideally mortgages (affordability, rates/fees, regulatory considerations)Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skillsNice to haveExposure to Salesforce Financial Services CloudPerformance tuning for high-traffic guided flowsExperience with test automation and monitoring/telemetrySeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionOtherIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
