On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical company at the forefront of innovation in drug development and personalized healthcare, we are seeking aSenior Clinical Operations Leadfor their Basel site. This is acontract position of the duration of 1 year, with no possibility of extension. Main Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the Clinical Operations Disease Area Communities by shaping operational strategies that bring value to patients and sites. Partner cross-functionally to support the design and execution of global clinical studies. Drive patient-centricity by addressing unmet needs of patients, clinical sites, and investigators. Lead and influence in a highly matrixed global environment, promoting curiosity and bold thinking. Ensure compliance with GCP/GVP and maintain data integrity through a balanced, risk-based approach. Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders including PD, Diagnostics, Affiliates, Clinical Site Staff, and Vendors. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and enterprise mindset. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant Swiss working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required. At least a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a scientific field. Fluency in English and German is a must. Minimum 10+years of experience in Clinical Operations and pharmaceutical drug development. Proven expertise in supporting and/or leading clinical trial activities across global geographies. Demonstrated ability to operate with agility, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity. Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Passionate about human-centricity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer value.
