Then come work with us and be part of MSC’s family Today MSC is looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel specialized in Data Protection and Digital Law to join its Compliance – Data Protection Team. YOUR IMPACT In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring our organization’s compliance with international data protection regulations and supporting our digital transformation initiatives. You will: Advise MSC and its subsidiaries globally on data protection matters across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Monitor regulatory developments, evaluate their implications for business operations and proactively report potential legal risks to Management and the Group General Counsel. Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements. Conduct regular reviews of MSC’s data protection governance framework, including the development and global oversight of standards, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable legal requirements.
