A Day in the Life Develop and implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing equipment and processes.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Lead OEE Deployment – developing overall program plan, organization, and tracking approach. Apply a system-based approach to improve OEE Maturity Score to be sustained after projects are completed. Develop a plan with key stakeholders to enhance lines and processes, delivering programmatic savings targets. Coaching and developing individuals and teams on planning and managing for OEE improvement. Ensuring the organization follows KPI standards for measurement and reporting OEE. Provide Coaching during Hypercare to ensure data accuracy and program integration on the site operating mechanism. Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery, installation, and release. Collaborate with and engage internal and external cross-functional resources to ensure implementation schedules are met satisfactorily.  Maintain visibility through onsite meetings and interactions with site stakeholders and SMEs. (Site presences and engagement is heavily needed). Provides guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations. Required knowledge and experience Bachelor's degree in mathematics and physics or other scientific addresses, with at least 2 years of experience. Have excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrate teamwork, and have a strong internal/external customer focus. Negotiation and influence skills. Must be able to work independently, self-motivate, and act as a change agent. Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and deliver results to key stakeholders and teams. Use data analytics to drive decision-making. Drive positive results under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment.
