You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.# **A Day in the Life**Develop and implement OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) standard measurement and tracking system across manufacturing equipment and processes.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Lead OEE Deployment – developing overall program plan, organization, and tracking approach.* Apply a system-based approach to improve OEE Maturity Score to be sustained after projects are completed.* Develop a plan with key stakeholders to enhance lines and processes, delivering programmatic savings targets.* Coaching and developing individuals and teams on planning and managing for OEE improvement.* Ensuring the organization follows KPI standards for measurement and reporting OEE.* Provide Coaching during Hypercare to ensure data accuracy and program integration on the site operating mechanism.* Coordinates activities with outside suppliers and consultants to ensure timely delivery, installation, and release.* Collaborate with and engage internal and external cross-functional resources to ensure implementation schedules are met satisfactorily.* Maintain visibility through onsite meetings and interactions with site stakeholders and SMEs.
