Job DescriptionUn poste clé basé à Renens au cœur de la gestion financière et immobilière.Cette fonction sadresse à un(e) professionnel(le) alliant rigueur comptable solides compétences en coordination et volonté d'amélioration continue. Vous rejoindrez une organisation où la discipline financière la transparence et l'excellence opérationnelle guident chaque décision au quotidien.ResponsabilitésComptabilité générale et immobilière : prendre en charge l'ensemble des opérations comptables liées aux fonds et aux entités du périmètre y compris la gestion complète des écritures et le suivi des activités immobilières.Gestion de trésorerie : assurer le suivi des encaissements préparer et valider les paiements vérifier chaque mois les mouvements bancaires et effectuer les rapprochements pour les différentes structures concernées.Reporting et clôtures : contribuer à l'élaboration des états financiers et participer activement aux clôtures trimestrielles semestrielles et annuelles des fonds et des sociétés.Fiscalitéétablir les déclarations TVA assister à la préparation des dossiers fiscaux et garantir le traitement comptable adéquat des questions fiscales en coordination avec les spécialistes internes.Encadrement du pôle comptabilité & trésorerie : organiser et superviser les activités du département tout en veillant à une bonne collaboration avec les autres équipes.Amélioration des processus et digitalisation : participer à l'évolution des méthodes de travail à la modernisation des outils et à la mise en place de nouvelles solutions numériques.Profil recherchéFormation supérieure dans les domaines de la comptabilité ou de la finance.Entre 7 et 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité générale ou immobilière idéalement acquise en fiduciaire dans l'immobilier ou au sein d'une structure de gestion de fonds.Très bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office et connaissance de logiciels comptables tels qu'Abacus Winbiz Immopac ou solutions équivalentes.Excellente maîtrise du langage anglais ; la connaissance du français constitue un avantage.Aisance avec les chiffres capacités analytiques développées et sens aigu de la précision.Si vous êtes motivé(e), engagé(e) et passionné(e) par votre métier nous vous invitons à envoyer votre candidature àEmployment TypeFull-TimeVacancy1
