Description du posteRejoins l’aventure Experience Design SQLI Suisse Notre équipe continue de grandir, et nous recherchons un·e Product Designer (UX/UI) pour intégrer un projet passionnant chez l’un de nos clients à Genève. Si tu as envie de transformer des systèmes complexes en expériences simples, utiles, inclusives et élégantes… on veut te rencontrer ✨ Ce que tu feras au quotidien Imaginer et concevoir des parcours produits clairs, fluides et centrés utilisateurs. Créer des interfaces web et mobiles esthétiques, cohérentes et fonctionnelles. Construire, maintenir et faire évoluer des design systems solides et bien adoptés. Collaborer au quotidien avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales. Prototyper, itérer, tester et améliorer des concepts produit. Faire vivre le branding du client à travers des expériences digitales harmonieuses. QualificationsDiplôme de niveau Master en design (ou équivalent). 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans la conception de produits digitaux (agence ou multi-projets idéalement). Très bonne maîtrise de Figma : wireframes, prototypage, UI, design system. Excellente compréhension des principes UX/UI , avec une forte sensibilité à l’accessibilité et au design inclusif . Expérience en conception multiplateforme (web + mobile). Capacité à concevoir, documenter et maintenir un design system et ses bibliothèques de composants. Un portfolio solide montrant un travail complet : recherche, exploration, conception, UI finale, produit en production. Excellentes capacités de communication, avec une aisance à adapter ton discours aux interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques. Ta langue maternelle est le français et tu as un excellent niveau d’anglais oral et écrit (min. B2) pour collaborer avec des équipes internationales. Ce qui te caractérise : Tu es curieux·se, créatif·ve, rigoureux·se et passionné·e par la création de produits utiles. Tu identifies rapidement les besoins utilisateurs et sais transformer les insights en solutions concrètes. Tu navigues facilement entre vision produit, structure UX, cohérence UI et contraintes techniques. Tu es à l’aise avec les retours, les échanges, les itérations — et tu apprécies le travail en équipe. Tu portes une attention particulière aux détails, sans jamais perdre de vue l’impact global. Bonus (si tu as, tant mieux) : Bases en HTML/CSS . Expérience avec Framer , Webflow ou outils no-code/low-code. Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative . Sensibilité avancée à l’accessibilité (WCAG). L’allemand (écrit et/ou oral). Tu te reconnais ? On a hâte de découvrir ton portfolio et d’en savoir plus sur ton approche design. Informations supplémentairesPourquoi nous rejoindre ?
