Per un nostro cliente sito nel Mendrisiotto attivo nel settore orologiero, selezioniamo da subito After Sales Specialist Mansionario: - Assistenza tecnica e commerciale ai clienti per la riparazione di orologi di alta gamma - Gestione del processo di riparazione, dalla ricezione dell'orologio alla consegna al cliente - Coordinamento delle fasi di lavorazione in laboratorio e monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento - Gestione delle richieste di parti di ricambio da parte di negozi e clienti privati tramite email e telefono - Gestione della reception e del centralino telefonico - Risposta a richieste di informazioni tecniche e commerciali da parte dei clienti Requisiti richiesti: - Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nella gestione del post-vendita in un contesto tecnico, preferibilmente nel settore orologiero, luxury o elettronico - Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo - Ottima conoscenza delle lingue: - Inglese: fluente (C1/C2) - Tedesco: fluente (C1/C2) - Francese: gradita - Esperienza nella gestione di sistemi di gestione dei rapporti con i clienti (CRM) - Disponibilità ASAP - Capacità di lavorare in modo preciso e autonomo Se interessati, caricate la Vostra candidatura completa di Curriculum Vitae e attestati di lavoro e formazione, verrà dato ritorno ai profili che si rifanno alla descrizione Branche: Funktion: Führungsperson: No Anstellungsart: Contratto a tempo indeterminato Karrierestufe: Impiegato
