Pour l'un de nos clients, une manufacture horlogère de renom basée dans le canton de Neuchâtel, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Head of Logistics (M/F) : Vos Responsabilités : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie logistique en cohérence avec les objectifs industriels et commerciaux de la manufacture. Superviser les équipes logistiques (réception, magasin, expédition, transport, douane) et favoriser leur développement. Optimiser les flux physiques et d’information tout au long de la chaîne logistique. Assurer la fiabilité des stocks et la performance des indicateurs logistiques (OTD, taux de service, rotation, etc.). Collaborer étroitement avec les départements Production, Supply Chain, Qualité et IT pour garantir une coordination fluide. Piloter des projets d’amélioration continue et de digitalisation des processus logistiques. Veiller au respect des normes réglementaires, douanières et environnementales. Votre Profil : Formation supérieure en logistique, supply chain ou ingénierie. Expérience confirmée (8-10 ans minimum) dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l’industrie horlogère ou un environnement manufacturier exigeant. Leadership naturel, sens de l’organisation et orientation résultats. Maîtrise de SAP et des systèmes de gestion logistique. Excellente communication en français et en anglais. #LI-PM1
