Specialist Technical Building Operation im Bereich Produktion (m/w/d) Freiberuflich/in temporärer Festanstellung für ein Projekt Basel Stadt Startdatum: sofort Referenznummer: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Aufgaben Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, den behördenkonformen, sowie den wirtschaftlichen Anlagenbetrieb über die gesamte Nutzungsdauer der Gebäude Verantwortung für technische Gebäude- und Anlageninspektionen, Störungsbehebungen, Instandhaltungen, kontinuierliche Anlagenoptimierungen (Energie, Kosten) Verantwortung für die Fremdfirmenbetreuung sowie der GMP gerechten Dokumentation Pikettdienst leisten und an diversen spannenden Projekten mitwirken Fachwissen nutzen um Veränderung zu bewirken und durch Kooperation Fachwissen aus anderen Bereichen Nutzen Informationsaustausch in den Fachbereichen gewährleisten und proaktiv, sowie eigenverantwortlich in selbstorganisierten Teams mitwirken Profil Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik ( Automatiker, Lüftungsmonteur, HLK-Techniker o.ä.), idealerweise Instandhaltungsfachperson Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und der Instandhaltung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung Grundkenntnisse in IT-Applikationen (Office, SAP, etc.) Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Selbstständigkeit und proaktive Arbeitsweise, hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft Teamorientierung, Kooperationsbereitschaft, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsfreude Von Vorteil: GMP Kenntnisse und Weiterbildung zum IH-Fachmann Von Vorteil: Englischkenntnisse Benefits Unbefristeter Einsatzvertrag Ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit ausgezeichnetem Ruf
