Spare Parts Specialist in Switzerland

As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services. About the Department: The Parts Order team represents the voice of customers and dealers. The ultimate goal for the team is to achieve the best customer satisfaction by providing top quality service. The team will oversee the entire order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery at optimum cost. It is the primary point of contact to dealers and service providers for all parts inquiries.As Spare Parts Specialist you will: Support dealers and service providers by providing information and resolving parts concerns. Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure on-time deliveries. Take ownership of the order-to-cash process. Assist dealers on system operating questions, and interface with system developer. Manage day-to-day communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations. Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues. Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics. Handle order returns, cancellations, and other spare parts related inquiries. Your Profile: Minimum Bachelor level of working and thinking. Supply Chain/Business background. Client facing experience with highly customer oriented mindset. Preferably in automotive industry. High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment. Excellent in written and spoken German and English. French, Chinese or additional European language skills are considered an advantage. Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook, advanced level of Excel would be a plus.
