Applications: Oversee our business-critical front and mid-office web apps. Innovation: Further develop our AI, analytics and automation solutions. Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Optimize and manage Azure environments, lead workload development aligned with best practices, and manage advanced cloud development projects. Security & Compliance: Maintain robust security and regulatory standards across our technology platform. Mentorship & Growth: Lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement and foster professional development. Skills & Experience A track record of delivering data-driven solutions and applications that drive business impact and operational efficiency. Expertise in Python and in deploying apps on Azure, using data services, containerization, DevOps and CI/CD, following software engineering best practices. Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake), databases (Postgres) and data engineering tools. Experience with the MS365 platform and integration of services (e.g. SSO, Graph API). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ability to align technology with business goals. Familiarity with enterprise data architecture and regulated environments desired.
