As a Product Owner, you will play a central role in translating strategic product direction into agile execution. You will work at the intersection of Product Management and R&D, ensuring that our core cloud platforms – AERO and HUB – deliver scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric features. This role is essential to enabling our product-led growth across Airports, Retail, and Public Transport. Your role: Maintain and prioritize the development backlog for your teams Prepare and support PI Plannings and Sprint Plannings in collaboration with Tech Leads and Product Management Support release readiness, including release testing, communication coordination, and customer-facing documentation Collaborate daily with development teams, providing feedback and technical clarifications Act as the liaison between Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders Ensure alignment of technical feasibility and architecture in close collaboration with Architects and Engineering leads Manage feedback loops by providing timely clarifications and collecting input from internal stakeholders Proactively manage dependencies and risks in close collaboration with Product Management Support incident management by handling technical issues and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related field First professional experience in a Product Owner role or a comparable position in an Agile/SaaS environment Certification as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scrum Alliance Product Owner (CSPO), or similar is a plus Strong ability to define priorities and align stakeholders effectively Initial experience in cloud-based product development and collaboration with cross-functional development teams Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a small, agile team Fluent English (written & spoken) required; German is highly appreciat What we offer you: Regular team events like ski weekends, after-work get-togethers Highly motivated and supportive team with open knowledge sharing culture Use of state-of-the-art development tools and methods Time and space for innovation and personal development Periodic social events, flexible working hours (40 per week), 25 days holiday This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and looking to grow professionally in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
