As a Product Owner, you will play a central role in translating strategic product direction into agile execution. You will work at the intersection of Product Management and R&D, ensuring that our core cloud platforms – AERO and HUB – deliver scalable, high-quality, and customer-centric features. This role is essential to enabling our product-led growth across Airports, Retail, and Public Transport. Your role: Maintain and prioritize the development backlog for your teamsPrepare and support PI Plannings and Sprint Plannings in collaboration with Tech Leads and Product ManagementSupport release readiness, including release testing, communication coordination, and customer-facing documentationCollaborate daily with development teams, providing feedback and technical clarificationsAct as the liaison between Product Management, Development, and other stakeholdersEnsure alignment of technical feasibility and architecture in close collaboration with Architects and Engineering leadsManage feedback loops by providing timely clarifications and collecting input from internal stakeholdersProactively manage dependencies and risks in close collaboration with Product ManagementSupport incident management by handling technical issues and ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related fieldFirst professional experience in a Product Owner role or a comparable position in an Agile/SaaS environmentCertification as SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Scrum Alliance Product Owner (CSPO), or similar is a plusStrong ability to define priorities and align stakeholders effectivelyInitial experience in cloud-based product development and collaboration with cross-functional development teamsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a small, agile teamFluent English (written & spoken) required; German is highly appreciat What we offer you: Regular team events like ski weekends, after-work get-togethersHighly motivated and supportive team with open knowledge sharing cultureUse of state-of-the-art development tools and methodsTime and space for innovation and personal developmentPeriodic social events, flexible working hours (40 per week), 25 days holiday This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and looking to grow professionally in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
