Key Responsibilities
Contribute to ASIC production test concepts and specifications Develop, verify, and validate semiconductor tester programs Support ASIC bring-up, debugging, and production test implementation Analyse test results, including CPK/statistical analysis, and work with design teams to resolve issues Debug and maintain test hardware and equipment Interface with tester suppliers/providers Set up, maintain, and document test equipment and processes Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field 2+ years’ ASIC production test experience 2+ years’ C/C++ programming for semiconductor testers Strong experience in test-program development and debugging Understanding of analogue components such as ADCs, DACs, op-amps, and LDOs Practical experience with oscilloscopes, power supplies, SMUs, and other lab equipment English required; French or German desirable
