Deliver secure, observable, and cost-efficient data products that power analytics and Artificial Intelligence use cases. YOUR CAPCO FIT Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake: data modeling, ingestion (for example Snowpipe and tasks), performance tuning (for example micro-partitioning and clustering), governance (for example role-based access control, masking, and row or column policies), data sharing, and cost management. Professional Python experience: building data pipelines and utilities; using the Snowflake Connector for Python and Snowpark for Python; writing efficient, tested code (for example unit tests and packaging); automating administrative tasks; and interacting with application programming interfaces. Proven delivery of end-to-end data products: extraction, transformation, loading, testing, versioning, observability, and documentation. Solid Structured Query Language (SQL) skills and experience with a modern transformation framework (for example dbt or an equivalent). Infrastructure and operations: containerization with Docker, infrastructure as code with Terraform, and pipelines with GitHub Actions or an equivalent. Strong practices for data quality, lineage, privacy, and incident response. Requirements elicitation and solution design; clear communication with data consumers and platform teams. Collaboration across multiple work streams; code reviews and knowledge sharing. Results orientation with measurable service-level objectives and continuous improvement. Fluency in English plus fluent German (for Zürich based candidates) or fluent French (for Geneva based candidates).
