For one of our client, we are looking for a : Securities Reconciliation Specialist (1 year) Your Mission: Securities reconciliation Reconciliation of our depositories (securities-funds) for all our entities Manual entry of the statements on our depositories not automatically reconciled, especially Hedge-Funds Check differences and investigate a monthly basis (securities-funds) Establish a list of pending for securities-funds Treatment and follow-up of current files Claim back missing statements Responsible and able to handle investigations from the beginning to the end Your Profile: Profile of the requested candidate Experience confirmed in the securities reconciliation department General knowledge of the Back-Office activities Knowledge of GTMatch – GTExchange – Globus T24 (is an asset) – MS-Outlook – Excel – World – etc… French mother tongue – English good level Precise – meticulous - proactive Flexibility – adaptability capacity – be comfortable working in a group and in open space Stress resistant Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
