About Our Client A private bank. Job Description Main Responsibilities Process and monitor daily cash, securities, and fund reconciliations within defined timelines. Investigate and resolve outstanding items in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and operational guidelines. Produce periodic reports for management and relevant departments. Support various projects and process improvements within the reconciliation area. Identify potential risk areas and escalate issues when necessary. The Successful Applicant Your Profile Bachelor's degree, ideally in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration. First experience or internship in banking operations or reconciliations is an advantage. Good command of Excel and MS Office tools. Knowledge of Swift and reconciliation systems such as GTExchange or GTMatch is a plus. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Reliable, curious, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Team player with strong communication skills. Resident in Switzerland.
