We are looking for an experienced leader/director with a long-standing background in industrial water treatment project engineering to guide our customer project engineering team. From understanding customer challenges to designing, piloting, and scaling treatment systems on-site, the team ensures every solution performs reliably in the field.  As Head of Customer Projects (water treatment) , you will lead and grow the department responsible for all customer projects — from first technical contact to pilot trials and full-scale installations. You will shape the overall deployment strategy, guide project delivery excellence, and ensure our solutions create measurable environmental and customer value. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D and Commercial teams while building and guiding a talented deployments team that ensures every project delivers measurable impact.  Will you join us in protecting the future of our waters?  Your key repsonsibilites Lead Oxyle’s Deployment team by building and mentoring high-performing engineers focused on safe, efficient, and successful customer installations.  Own the end-to-end delivery of customer projects with your team- from first technical contact to design, lab & pilot testing, commissioning, and hand-over.  Drive deployment strategy and design , processes, and best practices to ensure scalability, in-depth risk management and operational excellence.  Serve as the key technical interface for customers , ensuring smooth collaboration, accurate planning, data-driven decision-making, and excellence in execution.  Translate learnings from deployments into actionable suggestions for product design, engineering, and commercialization improvements.  Manage resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple projects to ensure reliable execution and customer satisfaction.  Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams and align deployment activities with Oxyle’s technology roadmap and business goals.  Requirements What you need to bring to the role 10+ years of experience in implementing complex industrial water treatment (e.g., RO, NF, MBR, AOP, adsorption). Proven experience leading management, delivery and operations of complex customer projects. Strong understanding of process design, system sizing, and performance optimization.  Solid grasp of cost, value, and risk drivers in project delivery and customer operations in industrial wastewater treatment.  Deeply familiar with water treatment technologies and their operational challenges (e.g., AOPs, adsorption, filtration). Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with commercial, R&D, and engineering teams. Professional communicator able to connect technical and commercial perspectives with clarity. Excellent stakeholder management, organizational and problem-solving skills.  Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
