Planning Engineer (m/f/d) Freelance/temporary employment for a project Basel Start date: asap Reference number: /1 Diesen Job teilen oder drucken Responsibilities Manage and update the master Primavera P6 schedule across all project phases Track and measure progress in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning Maintain schedule basis documents, including deliverable and interdependency matrices Lead or support interactive planning sessions with cross-functional teams Monitor schedule deviations and propose corrective actions Communicate progress and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders Prepare and deliver schedule reports, critical path analysis, and trend charts Ensure schedule quality and governance to maintain data credibility Analyze integrated project schedules across disciplines Conduct regular schedule reviews with project team members Profile Degree in Engineering, Science, Quantity Surveying, or Business Management, or equivalent experience Experience in project planning for large-scale pharmaceutical projects (>250 Mio CHF) Proven experience in multi-user Primavera P6 environments Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex schedule data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Experience working in global, cross-functional teams Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Commissioning contracts Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits Opportunity to work on a high-impact pharmaceutical project Collaborative and supportive team culture Exposure to cutting-edge project control tools and methodologies
