8-14 years of experience in design and development of enterprise Java solutions Must have technical hands-on skills on following: Core Java: Java 7, MDB, EJB 3.x, JPA/ORM, JMX, CDI, JAXB Spring / Spring Batch Design patterns and domain driven designing Test driven development and Hands-on experience Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
