To strengthen our Financial Lines Team in Zurich we are looking for a: (Senior) Broker Financial Lines 80% - 100% (m/f/d) Key responsibilities Prepare and guide on risk information and analysis as well as tailor insurance solutions for our major clients Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients, ensuring top-level service delivery Present solutions and strategies to clients, with a focus on their individual needs Develop bespoke placement strategies that align with the client's needs, ensuring competitive pricing as well as optimal structuring and managing of national and international programs Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions for our clients, including direct handling of major placements Lead negotiations with insurers, addressing complex issues and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients Develop bespoke (Aon) wordings Provide support in acquiring new clients Actively participate in global practice groups, representing Switzerland's interests and initiatives Manage and coordinate team internal projects Support the M&A team with large-scale projects and leverage Aon's global network Conduct internal and external training for clients on specific products Your profile Proven broking or insurance experience, particularly within financial lines or related risk domains Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines   Capable of working independently as well as thriving in team settings In-depth understanding of financial lines insurance markets, broking processes, and client service dynamics Experience in managing large-scale client accounts Familiarity with market trends and a passion for staying ahead of industry developments Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to solving problems and delivering solutions Our offer A position offering a high degree of autonomy with flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home Competitive remuneration package The opportunity to work in an international, digital and modern environment Pleasant working environment with attractive working conditions At Aon, we provide equal opportunity to all employees and job seekers, regardless of gender, ethnicity, creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, etc. Aon is committed to a diverse workforce and is an affirmative action employer.
