We're looking for ambitious students to join our Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Products, Channels & Marketing business in Switzerland. You'll get to use data and insights to develop new products, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to assess our current offerings from different angles work on insights bridging the gap between client needs and regulatory requirements support senior project managers in their daily work Your team You'll be working in the Personal & Corporate Products, Center of Excellence Sustainability team, who is responsible for product offering and development, positioning and partnering, data and technology as well as regulatory change. Your expertise We're looking for a candidate who: has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree) has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills is motivated to work in a business with a focus on sustainability and impact. has excellent English skills, German is a plus We're looking for someone who's curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. You'll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You'll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams. You'll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
