Our client is a global fintech firm specializing in international payments, foreign exchange, and business lending and supporting small and medium-sized enterprises by offering tailored financial solutions. With a presence in numerous countries, it combines local expertise with advanced technology. For the Swiss desk we are currently recruiting 4 Junior Business Developers to strengthen the team and increase the market presence. Your Mission As a Junior Business Developer, you'll play a critical role in driving our client’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients. Your dynamic position involves varied job activities that will sharpen your strategic skills and enhance your ability to innovate. Your main responsibilities will be: Identifying potential business prospects and new markets Establishing and maintaining client relationships to foster business growth Conducting market research and analysis to inform business strategy Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align goals Developing proposals and presentations for prospective clients Monitoring industry trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities Your Profile We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for business development. Ideal candidates will possess: Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Banking, Finance or similar Previous sales experience, at least 1 year Strong communication and negotiation skills paired with the ability to analyze market data and develop strategic insights Must be proactive, learning enthusiast, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team, Swiss-German native is a must; English fluent; any other European language is a plus What you can expect Competitive salary and commission scheme Full training program Continuous learning through Sales training bootcamps Career Path based on meritocracy - your success and efforts will be rewarded. #LI-EP4
