Responsibilities Technical and disciplinary management of an International Purchasing Team in Project Purchasing Purchasing support for complex customer and product development projects Implementation and support of specified strategic purchasing projects Conducting price negotiations and concluding framework and project agreements Close collaboration with the purchasing departments of the international FAULHABER subsidiaries Taking on operational ordering and procurement tasks as required Collaboration on the Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System Profile Completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering industrial engineering, or comparable Several years of professional experience in technical project purchasing Experience in an international environment and knowledge of supplier development and process optimization Initial management experience or proven aptitude for assuming team responsibility Willingness to travel internationally to our company locations and suppliers is required Strong cost awareness, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills Very good English skills, good German and Italian skills Benefits Open term contract in a good and innovative company based in Ticino.
