We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our lively international team and work on projects for Europe's leading brands

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of different-sized projects, having full accountability for deliverables, budgets and timelines. The Senior Project Manager will be a key contact between FORFIRM and our clients, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions on time and on budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions for our clients
- Manage multiple stakeholders at varying levels and with varying agendas both internally and externally
- Track project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Guarantee the high standard of quality required by FORFIRM
- Monitor project deadlines, address Change Requests, budgets and expected outcomes, report any risks and take corrective action where necessary
- Prepare quotations for projects and services
- Coaching and mentoring of internal staff on project methodologies and best practices
- Identifying and developing new and existing relationships to build trust in the market and establish FORFIRM as a trusted partner
- Keep up-to-date on latest technology trends to keep FORFIRM at forefront of innovation

**What We Are Looking For**
- 5+ years’ end-to-end project management experience in banking sector, including evidenced delivery of multi-stakeholder projects (mandatory)
- Strong broad technology knowledge with ability to understand client requirements and facilitate implementation of innovative solutions
- Professional delivery according to Prince 2 framework
- Strong relationship building skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Passion for technology and desire to stay at the forefront of innovation
- Sales-oriented mindset, able to engage clients and generate new business
- Outstanding problem-solving and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree Preferred
- Spoken and written English to B1 level or above
- Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
