In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and building strong partnerships with suppliers and stakeholders.Your Responsibilities: Manage procurement requests in line with category strategies, company policies, and supplier agreements Collaborate with procurement colleagues and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective solutions Apply sourcing tools and methodologies to identify opportunities for cost savings and added value Support contract management, including reviewing and preparing agreements, statements of work, and amendments Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and ensuring efficient supplier performance Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders regarding procurement activities and status updates Qualifikationen Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field At least 3 years of professional experience in direct procurement or sourcing, ideally in a technical field (e.g., electronics, mechanics) Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear procurement requirements Experience with procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, eSourcing, eAuction) Proven experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes and stakeholder relationships Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven personality Very good English and German skills (minimum B2 level) I look forward to receiving your Application and getting to know you
