Show us how #UNSTOPPABLE you are Your Role As our Denim Buyer, you will define and execute the denim buying strategy, creating collections that perfectly express our TALLY girl's attitude. From iconic jeans to denim skirts, jackets and jumpsuits, you'll build a product mix that combines trend, fit and price — always keeping our customer at the center of every decision. Your Mission Build and maintain a balanced denim assortment aligned with the TALLY identity Define and implement short- and long-term buying strategies together with our Merchandise Planner Select, develop and source new items and suppliers to deliver on-trend denim at the best price-quality ratio Monitor sales performance, react quickly to opportunities and adapt assortments accordingly Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Distribution to ensure impactful and on-time deliveries Your Profile 3–6 years of relevant buying experience, with strong expertise in denim Deep understanding of fits, washes, finishes and fabric qualities Bachelor or Master degree in a related field Excellent negotiation and analytical skills with a strong commercial mindset Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus) Passion for fashion and an eye for new trends Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills If denim is your obsession, and you love creating collections that empower and inspire, this role is made for you.
