In this role as PMO you will be responsible to establish and maintain project governance frameworks, governing, tracking and enabling the successful delivery of strategic improvements initiatives in OP Excellence; effective project governance, reporting incl. APS Assessment report; prepare executive dashboards and progress (KPIs, APSS); maintain accurate project documentation and status update. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, ensure standardization and consistency in project execution across all OP excellence initiatives; Prepare executive dashboards and progress (KPIs, APSS) Responsible for Autoliv Production System Assessment report, Facilitate project portfolio reviews& APS best practice sharing meetings, Enable and support a culture of best practice sharing through driving out waste and variability and the creation of a proactive improvement culture. If you have/are: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA a bonus English fluency Experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations, Operational excellence Proficiency with project management tools( MS Project, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.) Then we will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
