Overall, Purpose of this Job:
The Innovative Medicine Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and create a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
The E2E Value Capture PMO Manager role is to support the IM Transcend Business Strategy and Value Capturing Team with program management to help drive key initiatives to identify and generate value across the IM Supply Chain processes. This support includes playing a key role in:
- providing a consistent framework to efficiently structure, plan, execute and track projects end to end.
- closely monitoring and driving forward ongoing projects in collaboration with the project team and reacting to changes with an agile mindset.
- tracking and highlighting interdependencies as well as mitigating risks.
- liaising with key stakeholders at various levels across the organization to deliver initiatives compliantly on time.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Applies highly developed management methodologies to streamline project and program management processes consistent with the IM Transcend guidance.
- Manages projects from planning, execution, reporting, monitoring through stabilization and closure.
- Drives project management activities including solution design proposal, budget development, value case assessment, organization design approvals, process documentation, knowledge transfer, testing, cut-over activities, and project-related communications and plans.
- Implements systems to monitor and track goals, delivers accurate reporting of project status, covering key milestones, resource capacity, risk items and financial health.
- Creates open communication channels with relevant stakeholders in order to coordinate project expectations and deliverables.
- Carry out any other duties related to the given scope of practice in support of the team primary activities and objectives.
**Qualifications**:
We’d love to hear from YOU, if you have:
- Degree in in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance or Data Analytics areas
- Previous experience in a PMO or project role
- Experience supporting a major business transformation / ERP Project is highly desirable
- Experience working with various technologies and digital tools is a key requirement
- Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma, and knowledge of project tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) is an advantage.
- Experience providing training and supporting change management processes
- Strong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detail
- Agile and process oriented mindset to manage rapidly changing priorities combined with a sense of urgency approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex issues
- Team player and collaborative working style
- Experience with working in global / vir tual environments is a plus.
- Percentage of domestic/international travel 5%
