At Crew Manning we place a high value on service and professionalism, ensuring that our clients and crew feel like they are always receiving the best treatment.Tasks / Responsibilities Highest level of management of all galley crew Main responsibility for all meals and food items served on board Main responsibility for stock management and food cost Main responsibility for compliance with all HACCP requirements Main responsibility for implementing all galley and food standards Active liaison with guests and ensure the highest customer satisfaction Requirements Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as an Executive Chef Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position In-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items Professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley Professional communication skills in English and/or German Leadership skills, team work and expertise EU passport We are looking forward to receive your application.
