Als Teil der Pharma Technical Operations (PT) ist der Standort ein zentraler Pfeiler der sterilen Arzneimittelproduktion bei Roche. In der Manufacturing Unit Antibiotics wird das Traditions-Produkt Rocephin abgefüllt und verpackt. Wir verwenden hierfür die seltene Technologie der sterilen Pulverabfüllung.Die Möglichkeit Als Asset Operation Manager hast du eine Schlüsselrolle darin, den Bereich Sterile Abfüllung der Manufacturing Unit Antibiotics fit für die Zukunft zu machen In dieser Funktion bist du eine zentrale Figur darin, Prozessverbesserungen zu identifizieren, voranzutreiben und zu implementieren. Damit trägst du dazu bei, die Qualität unserer Produkte zu sichern und Effizienz und Robustheit unserer Produktion zu verbessern. Zudem trägst du als Stellvertretung des Asset Leads die Verantwortung operative Entscheidungen in Absprache dem Abfüllungs-Team zu treffen.Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen unter anderem: Termingerechte Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie Engineering, QA, MSAT, Materials Management und globalen Funktionen Fungieren als User Team Lead in strategischen Projekten, wie beispielsweise Implementierung neuer Anlagen und globalen Initiativen Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Changes und CAPAs  Vertretung des Asset Leads durch Übernahme von operativen Entscheidungen in Absprache mit Produktionsexperten, Linienmechanikern, Team Leads sowie Technical Asset Care Manager Sicherstellung einer möglichsten effizienten Produktivität gemeinsam mit dem Team Leads durch regelmässige Durchführung von Analysen und Umsetzung entsprechender Massnahmen Mitarbeit im Trouble Shooting bei kritischen Vorfällen Vertretung des Bereiches bei Behörden-Inspektionen und Besuchen als SME Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Mitarbeitern des Abfüllungs-Bereiches bei der Identifizierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsinitiativen Wer du bist Du bist eine positiv denkende, integre und selbstreflektierende Persönlichkeit mit starken Teamfähigkeiten. Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Changes und CAPAs sowie im Projektmanagement. Eine strukturierte und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise.
