Your RoleYou'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling enquiries by phone, email and/or chat. Day to day, you will:
Resolve customer questions and requests efficiently and professionally
Keep accurate records of every interaction in internal systems
Work to company quality standards and guidelines
Represent the brand positively and ensure customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking ForFluent French (C1 or above) and good English (B2 or above)
EU citizenship or valid EU work authorization
Clear communicator and confident problem-solver
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Comfortable using standard computer tools and systems
Relocation Support (EU candidates moving to Greece)Flight ticket to Athens (from within the EU)
2 weeks' hotel accommodation on arrival
