You'll explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis.The UXR community at Google is unique and will help you do your best work. Measure and track user sentiment towards AI-generated answers and interactions. Identify pain points and areas for improvement in AI response quality, relevance, and tone. Communicate research insights to the team and executive-level stakeholders in an effective and compelling way, influencing evidence-based decision making. Plan, design, execute, analyze, and report on qualitative and quantitative studies (e.g., qualitative interviews, usability testing, diary studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
