Technical Lead Drivetrain DevelopmentProject Duration:12 months Extension Option:Yes Workload:80% - 100% Location:(Hinwil, Zurich) Responsibilities Independently lead electronics development from concept phase to certified product Coordinate and manage sub-projects within multidisciplinary development initiatives Develop electronic concepts and designs (analogue/digital and embedded systems) Plan and execute verification and validation activities Represent the electronics discipline in cross-functional teams (mechanics, software, sensors, architecture, production) Collaborate closely with adjacent departments and external partners Requirements Mandatory Skills Bachelor's degree (BSc) or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Embedded Systems 5-8 years of experience in electronics development (analogue/digital design) 3-4 years of experience in sub-project leadership or technical coordination 1-2 years of experience in firmware programming Strong interdisciplinary thinking and understanding of mechatronic systems Fluent in German and English (conversational level) Soft Skills Communication across disciplines Team collaboration Leadership in technical coordination SThree_Germany is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
