We are supporting a globally recognised medical device organisation investing heavily in the digital transformation of its production and supply chain landscape.
This is a high-impact opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance how products are built, moving towards more connected, automated, and data-driven manufacturing environments — ultimately contributing to solutions that improve patients' lives worldwide.
The Role
In this position, you will take ownership of end-to-end transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, working at the intersection of IT, engineering, and production.
You will play a key role in modernising factory environments and enabling more efficient, scalable, and intelligent processes across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects within manufacturing environmentsDrive initiatives focused on automation, system integration, and smart factory capabilitiesOversee the implementation and evolution of core platforms such as ERP, MES, WMS, and quality systemsCoordinate cross-functional teams across IT, operations, engineering, and business unitsManage multi-site and international rollouts of systems and solutionsEnsure successful delivery in line with scope, timelines, and budgetIdentify risks early and manage dependencies across multiple project streamsEngage with senior stakeholders and ensure clear, structured communicationOperate within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance and quality standards are maintained
Your Background
10+ years of experience delivering projects in manufacturing and/or production environmentsStrong exposure to digital manufacturing / shopfloor systemsSolid understanding of manufacturing IT landscapes (MES, ERP, WMS, QMS or similar)Experience working in regulated industries such as Med Tech, Pharma, or Life SciencesProven track record delivering complex, multi-site transformation programsFamiliarity with structured and/or agile project methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES, Agile)Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
