Governance Meetings and Documentation Prepare and deliver governance meetings and related materials within deadlines.
Develop meeting agendas, draft minutes, and circulate documents.
Create talking points, presentations, and manage follow-up actions.
Maintain accurate records and archives.
Research and Analysis Conduct research on governance-related topics, analyze data, and synthesize content from multiple sources.
Develop statistics, briefing papers, and comprehensive reports to inform decision-making.
Administrative and Logistical Support Oversee daily governance tasks, including timeline management, decision tracking, and access rights.
Coordinate meeting logistics such as venues, catering, and attendance lists.
Process Optimization and Stakeholder Engagement Enhance governance operations and team efficiency through process improvements.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
Proven experience in governance operations, public administration, or project management.
(Understanding of legal, financial, commercial, or IT matters, including digital transformation, is an asset.)Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Expertise in data analytics, with a preference for dashboarding skills.
Proficiency with relevant digital tools and an aptitude for learning and adapting to emerging technologies.
Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills; knowledge of French and/or Russian is a plus.
Experience working in an international setting.
