Your Tasks Lead the creation of a High Level Design (HLD) for the ACORD eMessaging project. Manage the approval process for the HLD and related Architecture Decision Records (ADRs). Define the required changes and high level architecture for the project. Collaborate with technical leads from various product areas to produce a cohesive, end-to-end design. Document significant architectural decisions as ADRs and seek approval from the Operational Design Council. Your Experience/knowledge Strong understanding of the P&C Reinsurance Business Domain. Experience in Solutions Design based on a strong technical foundation. Experience configuring SICS for eMessaging. Language skills: English – mother tongue Your Soft Skills Ability to build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
