Corporate Shopper Marketing Manager (H/F) Description du poste Nous recherchons un(e) **Corporate Shopper Marketing Manager** talentueux(se) et stratégique pour piloter nos initiatives marketing en points de vente. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et communication pour maximiser l’impact de nos campagnes sur le comportement d’achat des consommateurs. Missions principales Développer et exécuter des stratégies shopper marketing alignées avec les objectifs commerciaux. Analyser les comportements des consommateurs en points de vente pour créer des campagnes ciblées et impactantes. Collaborer avec les équipes de ventes pour déployer des outils de support marketing efficaces. Superviser la conception de supports promotionnels (PLV, promotions, campagnes digitales, etc.). Suivre et mesurer les performances des campagnes en magasin et proposer des améliorations. Gérer les relations avec les partenaires externes, tels que les agences de communication. Profil recherché Formation : Master en marketing, commerce, ou équivalent. Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans un environnement FMCG ou retail. Compétences : Solide expertise en shopper marketing et en comportement d’achat. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement dynamique. Maîtrise des outils analytiques et de reporting. Qualités : Leadership, créativité, orientation résultats, excellentes compétences en communication. Langues : Français et anglais courants indispensables. Conditions et avantages Type de contrat : CDI. Rémunération : À définir selon profil et expérience.
