Job Description As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of RIVR, owning our public persona across all social media focused on a public, consumer audience. Your work will be crucial in building a community around our brand and shaping how people on the street perceive our robots and mission. You will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and managing our social media channels to tell our story in an authentic and compelling way. Responsibilities Manage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X), including day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and posting Develop and execute a social media calendar that aligns with our marketing and brand goals Oversee community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build a positive and active online community Capture and edit photos and videos to create engaging content that highlights our robots and our company culture Monitor social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the marketing team Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure social media efforts are aligned with the broader marketing strategy and brand identity Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a consumer brand A track record of building and engaging an online community Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for brand-aligned copywriting Experience with photo and video editing tools for social media content A creative, self-starting, and hands-on mindset Nice to Have Experience with social media analytics and reporting Familiarity with social media advertising Exposure to the robotics or tech industry RIVR is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
