Your work will be crucial in building a community around our brand and shaping how people on the street perceive our robots and mission. You will be responsible for day-to-day content creation, community engagement, and managing our social media channels to tell our story in an authentic and compelling way.ResponsibilitiesManage all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X), including day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and postingDevelop and execute a social media calendar that aligns with our marketing and brand goalsOversee community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build a positive and active online communityCapture and edit photos and videos to create engaging content that highlights our robots and our company cultureMonitor social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to the marketing teamCollaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure social media efforts are aligned with the broader marketing strategy and brand identityRequirements2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a consumer brandA track record of building and engaging an online communityStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, with a knack for brand-aligned copywritingExperience with photo and video editing tools for social media contentA creative, self-starting, and hands-on mindsetNice to HaveExperience with social media analytics and reportingFamiliarity with social media advertisingExposure to the robotics or tech industryRIVR is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
