Selbstständige Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach OR / Swiss GAAP FER sowie der Konzernrechnung nach OR Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Controllings, Erstellung von Forecasts und Budgets Finanzielle Koordination und Begleitung laufender Immobilienprojekte Erstellung der Steuererklärungen (direkte und indirekte Steuern) sämtlicher Gruppengesellschaften Unterstützung bei der Revision und Stellvertretung innerhalb des Finance-Teams Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem CFO in sämtlichen finanziellen und administrativen Belangen Was brauche ich, um erfolgreich zu sein? Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HF, FH oder Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Accounting / Finance oder Abschluss als Fachfrau / Fachmann Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Abschlusserstellung, Reporting und Schweizer Steuern Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch-/Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und IT-Systemen (insbesondere Abacus und LucaNet) Exakte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion Teamorientierte, loyale Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einer verantwortungsvollen und vielseitigen Tätigkeit Was sind meine Vorteile?
