You will be part of an interdisciplinary engineering team, developing X-ray imaging software used in clinics around the world for calibration and quality assurance of our medical linear accelerators. With your domain knowledge and systems engineering skills you will be complementing the team on the exciting journey to ensure our linacs are performing at precision, every time. Responsibilities: Elaborate new Med Dev (linac) calibration and quality assurance techniques. Perform feasibility studies, including prototyping and measurements on linacs. Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements from stakeholders. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all required formal documentation. Support the software development teams during implementation. Handle critical incidents and advanced problem-solving for released solutions. Provide guidance and technical direction to less experienced team members. Qualifications: At least one of the following: Proven systems engineer in a regulated domain, ideally medical device industry. Several years of experience with medical linear accelerators. Strong understanding of X-ray imaging principles and technologies. Skilled in rapid prototyping to support product development and innovation. Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and fixing technical challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Master's degree in an engineering discipline or comparable education.
